Do I need an appointment?
Booking ahead is the easiest way to discuss the service and arrange the next step. Call to confirm current availability before bringing in a vehicle without an appointment.
Can I tow a car directly to your shop?
We can discuss arranging towing to My Cypress Mechanic. Call before dispatching a vehicle so we can confirm availability, pricing, vehicle access, and the expected next step.
What should I tell you before a diagnostic?
Share the vehicle year, make, model, mileage, symptoms, warning lights, and whether the issue happens continuously or intermittently. That helps us plan an appropriate initial diagnostic scope.
Do you offer tire mounting or balancing?
No. We currently offer tire rotations only. Tire mounting, wheel balancing and wheel alignment are not available at our shop.
