02 / Appointments and estimates
An online appointment request does not itself confirm parts availability, final scheduling, or a repair price. My Cypress Mechanic may send repair estimates to the email address or mobile number a customer provides. Receiving an estimate by email or text does not, by itself, authorize repairs; approval must be obtained and documented through the applicable service-authorization process. Our Basic Diagnostic is currently $189.99 for an initial one-hour evaluation of an agreed concern, and additional diagnostics require approval before proceeding.
03 / Authorization, parts and repair policies
Repairs, deposits, inspections, warranties, towing arrangements and customer obligations are governed by the estimate, intake authorization, signed agreements and applicable law. Material shown online does not replace any written repair agreement or statutory consumer protection.
