Is a Basic Diagnostic the same as a code scan?
No. Our initial one-hour Basic Diagnostic is $189.99 for an authorized concern. A scan may be part of that evaluation, but testing can be needed to determine the underlying cause. Further testing may require additional approval.
Should I book a repair if I only know the symptoms?
Yes—tell us what the vehicle does and what you have observed. If the fault hasn't been confirmed, we may recommend an initial diagnostic rather than estimating a specific part replacement.
Will online booking include repair or parts costs?
Booking a visit does not automatically include parts, repairs, or additional diagnostic work. We discuss the actual scope and any estimate before separately authorizing repairs.
